Just so I don't forget...
Anna Love is 5 days old today!! She had a weight check at our pediatrician's office. Today she weighed 7 lbs 4 ozs, which is exactly what she weighed when we were discharged from the hospital last Friday.
The doc and nurse today thought Anna Love looked a tiny bit yellow so they sent us to the lab to do a blood draw so that they could check her bilirubin again. It looks like we might have to do a re-check of both of these on Wednesday of this week. Her numbers were fine upon being discharged from the hospital, so hopefully they are still good.
On a final note, Anna Love, your birth has come during a VERY cold winter. We've had some extremely low temps, and we've even had some light snow fall, really just a snow dusting or two. Tonight we are looking at the possibility of a little snow again. I really hope that it doesn't have too much of an impact on the roads especially since we may need to get back out on Wednesday.
