Loads of Fun!!!

Got a new washing machine and dryer today!!! Having "loads of fun"!! Ha, ha!! I crack myself up sometimes!

Today's Adventures:

You know it's going to be a good day when you get up out of bed and search frantically and blindly for your glasses only to realize that you are already wearing them!! Guess the "blindly" part of the search was just the fact that my eyes were barely open!!

Next on today's agenda was finding out the delivery time for the new washing machine that I so desperately needed. After finding out that someone made a mistake and it was not on the delivery schedule, much talking/negotiating, and Wesley making a trip to visit the store manager, we finally get on the schedule.

Then terrible storms cancel Wesley's work events.

Wesley comes home.

We rearrange furniture and do a little school in our down time.

Tornado threaten all day. Rain pours down. Wesley gets in the attic to check on our new roof which leads him to spend a lot of time dealing with the leak around the chimney again. This ought to set us up for tomorrow's adventure! Actually we've got several adventures scheduled already, so this will just add to the fun!!

Finally, all the bad weather passes. Appliances get delivered. I get to wash laundry again!! And oh yeah, I pulled one of Grace's teeth! You know just because we needed a little excitement around here.

Life is good!!

On another note, Elizabeth was born 6 weeks ago today!! There's a baby boom of girls being born 'round these parts. Three girlfriends have had baby girls in the past three days! Alice Sophie was born on 10/24. Darcey Ella was born on 10/25. And, Joy Michelle was born today 10/26! Elizabeth will have many great girlfriends!! Joy Michelle is a few weeks early and has had a little trouble. She will be spending the night in the NICU. Please pray for her to be in her Mommy's arms ASAP!!
